On this there is a sentence of Micol very significant, almost a manifesto. The story is punctuated by the passage or presence of thresholds or barriers: the wall of the Barchetto del Duca where Giorgio and Micol meet as children; the door of the "Magna Domus"; the entry into the carriage in the coach house with Micol; the library of the Magna Domus communicating with the study of Mr. Ermanno. Un disegno ispirato al noto romanzo di Giorgio Bassani. Questo bellissimo racconto è costruito intorno alla memoria di Giorgio ed il suo sguardo rivolto verso il passato. Su questo, nel libro una frase di Micol assume quasi il ruolo di un manifesto. La storia è ricca di passaggi attraverso soglie e barriere: il muro del Barchetto del Duca dove Giorgio e Micol si incontrano da bambini; la porta della "Magna domus"; l'entrata nella carrozza con Micol, nella rimessa; la biblioteca della Magna domus comunicante con lo studio del dr.Ermanno.
